Cantina Lavis Classici Sauvignon - Trentino DOC is a typical expression of the northern Italian Sauvignon Blanc style, where the focus is on balancing aromatic intensity with structure. The vineyards are located at higher altitudes (300-450 m), which helps preserve acidity and aromatic freshness.

The significant temperature difference between day and night in the Valle di Cembra is a key factor - it concentrates aromas and creates a cleaner, more precise profile. This is one of the reasons why northern Italy produces a more refined Sauvignon Blanc compared to warmer regions.

The winemaking approach is precise - primarily stainless steel to retain freshness, with a small percentage of oak for texture, and ageing on lees to add volume. The result is a wine that is both fresh and structured.

Wine Facts & Culture
The high-altitude vineyards and the temperature differences between day and night are the main drivers of the wine’s aromatic intensity. This is a typical model for high-quality Sauvignon Blanc from cooler regions.

Wine fact:
Sauvignon Blanc is one of the grape varieties that most clearly reflects climate. In cooler regions, it shows more citrus and minerality, while in warmer climates it becomes more fruit-forward and softer. This makes it one of the best varieties for understanding the influence of terroir.

For OneGift
This is a balanced and elegant white wine with a clearly defined style. A suitable choice for a gift when freshness is desired, but with enough structure to make an impression.

Glenfiddich Project XX - When a Single Malt Is Created from 20 Different Perspectives

Glenfiddich Project XX is a whisky that steps outside the standard logic of the single malt category. This is not just a product, but an idea brought to life through a process rarely used in the industry. In this article, you will see how this whisky was created and why it holds a distinct place in the Glenfiddich portfolio.
