How Is the Cost of International Shipping Calculated?

Why Isn't There a Fixed Shipping Price?
Unlike domestic deliveries within Bulgaria, international shipping is influenced by many more factors.
In addition to the destination country, the parcel's weight, the size of the shipping carton, the selected courier, and the courier's current pricing all affect the final cost. These conditions change regularly, which is why we cannot publish a fixed price list that would be accurate for every country at all times. For international shipments, the two most important factors are the weight and the volumetric size of the parcel.
Sometimes two gift baskets with a similar value can have completely different shipping costs simply because one of them occupies more space. That is why every order is assessed individually. Not necessarily.
Our goal is to offer the best balance between price, delivery time, and transportation reliability. In some cases, the lowest-priced service is not the best option for a particular country or for the contents of the gift. Yes, it does happen.
Depending on the destination country, current promotional courier rates, and the selected shipping service, there are situations where international delivery can actually cost less than delivery to certain locations within Bulgaria. In other cases, international shipping may be significantly more expensive.
That is exactly why we always check the current shipping conditions instead of relying on fixed rates. If you would like to send a gift abroad, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
We will review all available shipping options at that time, recommend the most suitable courier, and provide you with the final delivery cost before arranging the shipment.
